The 20th Province Chapter of the Good Shepherd Sisters, Sri Lanka–Pakistan was solemnly declared open on 3rd September 2025 by our Province Leader, Sr. Maryanne Perera, under the theme, “Drawn by Love, Passionate for Justice.”

In her opening address, Sr. Joan Lopez, our Congregational Leader, reminded us "that our identity is clear: we are Our Lady of Charity of the Good Shepherd, with a vision that embraces justice and opens us to a culture that is truly universal."

In a spirit of prayer and gratitude, the Province Report (2020–2025) was presented by Sr. Maryanne and the Province Leadership Team, inviting us to trace God’s faithful hand in our past and to journey forward with renewed hope and courage.

As we embark on these sacred days of discernment, we entrust every step to the gentle guidance of the Holy Spirit, allowing ourselves to be inspired by the vision of St. Mary Euphrasia and strengthened by the intercession of St. John Eudes.

- May love be the heart of our decisions,
- May justice be the fruit of our mission,
- And may our Chapter be a living witness to the Gospel of Compassion.
